Scott Britnell and Donovan Van De Langenberg
The original spirit of the Dakar is all about competitors helping each other. Scott Britnell and Donovan Van De Langenberg have formed a a good friendship during the event.

The cancellation of Stage 9 due to poor weather conditions has given some of the competitors a welcome break and a chance to rest.

Australian Scott Britnell (KTM) even had the opportunity to spend the night in a hotel, a rare pleasure when you’re doing the Dakar, as Scott is, without the benefit of a support team.
