Collectors are being encouraged to place their order now for the 25th anniversary limited edition Ducati Monster.
Only 500 units of the Monster 1200 25° Anniversario will go on sale in December but orders are being accepted now.
The 1200 25° Anniversario will feature the tricolours of Italy on the nose fairing, fuel tank and passenger seat cover.
This stands out along with the gold coloured frame and forged Marchesini W spoke wheels.
Contrasting the gold are the carbon fibre exhaust heat guard and front and rear mudguards as well as the aluminium articulated brake and clutch levers and plate holder.
The mirror, frame plugs, handlebar ends and petrol cap are all machined from solid.
Driving the unique Ducati Monster is a the Testastretta 11° DS engine with an output of 147hp and 124Nm controlled by three ride modes.
Electronic systems like traction control, Ducati quick shift up and down and wheelie control are also included.
Supporting the vehicle is a tubular steel trellis frame and single-sided swing arm linked to a fully adjustable 48mm Öhlins forks and an Öhlins rear shock.
Two 330 mm diameter Brembo discs paired with Brembo M50 monobloc callipers are up front and a 245 mm diameter disk with Brembo caliper in the rear.
The pilot can the luxury of a colour TFT instrument panel and daytime running lights.
Each motorcycle will be individually numbered and come with a 25th anniversary edition bike cover.
