A year on since its launch and the Indian Roadmaster has run into some issues, albeit minor.
Owner, Polaris, has issued a recall of Indian Roadmaster motorcycles through the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) based on a sealing problem.
The trunk jumper harness was manufactured without silicone plugs meant to keep water out of the unused connector terminals.
Water could enter the system and cause corrosion which means corroded wires may cause erratic response from the rear lights.
Owners are advised to contact their authorised Indian Motorcycle Dealer to arrange an inspection and a new jumper harness.
You can check the VIN List to see if your bike is affected by the recall.
