A recall has been issued for Moto Guzzi V9 motorbikes due to a fault with the ABS.
Brand supplier PS Importers has announced the recall of the model, which is being overseen by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
A section of the ABS system pipework was found to come in contact or rub against other parts of the engine, causing damage to the brake pipes.
This could lead to a loss of braking ability.
Owners are asked to contact their nearest authorised Moto Guzzi dealer for an inspection and replacement of the pipe support bracket. A full list of authorised dealers can be found on the “Find a Dealer” page ‐ http://motoguzzi.com.au/dealers.html
Check the VIN list to see if your motorcycle is affected.
