Honda’s third and final model in its upgraded 500cc range – the CB500F – will be in dealerships from May 16.
Honda has been progressively upgrading its popular 500cc range over recent months.
The CB500X was the first to be released a couple of months ago and then the CB500R arrived in Australia in April.
This latest addition completes the model upgrades that has brought a new and more aggressive look to the entire range.
The 471cc DOHC engine and steel diamond-tube frame are unchanged, but the CB500F has received an aggressive new look.

The new styling is a bold evolution from the previous model, and adds a more streetfigher style to the bike.
The new 2016 CB500F has a larger 16.7-litre fuel tank, LED lighting and spring preload adjustable front forks.
Honda has also added a new lightweight exhaust and adjustable brake lever.
Honda’s 500cc range has been popular and has already built a reputation for its punchy performance and all round agility.
The changes to the suspension add a feature to the bike that is uncommon in its class, and the overall upgrades are likely to make the bike even more appealing to buyers.
The CB500F, like the rest of the 500cc range, is LAMS approved.
It’s available in two bold colours – vibrant Lemon Ice Yellow and a classic Matte Gunpowder Black.
Honda Australia has a dedicated website for the 500cc range at Honda500.com.au
